EASE Technology Solutions is currently looking for five (5) all-around Admin and Customer Support Rockstars.
1. Handle administrative and customer service tasks assigned on a regular basis.
2. Effectively communicate with customers based all over the world in verbal and written English.
3. Acknowledge, investigate, escalate, and/or answer customer issues/questions in a timely and professional manner.
– Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
– Computer literate and Internet-savvy
– Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
– Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
– Multi-tasking skills with customer-oriented mentality
